Hana Yori Dango

This drama is about the love story between Makino Tsukushi (Inoue Mao) and Doumyouji Tsukasa (Matsumoto Jun). Makino is an ordinary commoner who goes to the infamous Eitoku Gakuen. This high school is purely for the utterly completely rich kids. Not only that but it is run by the even more infamous F4. This group consists of four boys: Nishikado Soujiroh ( Matsuda Shota) the heir to a large tea ceremony school, Mimasaka Akira (Abe Tsuyoshi)-the son of a wealthy man suspected to have ties to the underground, Hanazawa Rui (Oguri Shun)-the heir to a large company, and their leader Doumyouji Tsukasa (Matsumoto Jun)-the heir to Japan's biggest company the Doumyouji World Finance Group. These four run the school to their own rules. And going against them means going against the gods.

Makino only wants to be invisible. She wants no trouble or any affiliation with those in her school, especially F4. But what happens after she stands up for her friend turns her whole life upside down. She takes on a war with Doumiyouji, falls in love with the silent knight in shining armor Hanazawa Rui, goes through hell in school, and then has her heart chased after by someone who is least expected (and at that time, the least wanted). This drama is the story about this whirlwind chase that leads Makino straight into the paths of love without even knowing it. Will her heart get caught? And, by whom?
